Working for a Global law firm in London, this is an exciting role for a Client Engagement Coordinater.
Tasks
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, this role supports Partners with full billing and financial administration, including preparing monthly bills, managing prebills, uploading e-bills, and monitoring WIP. You'll assist with matter openings, conflicts checks, AML documentation, engagement letters and fee alerts, while maintaining strong client relationships through regular AR follow-ups and issue resolution. The role also includes running inventory review meetings, processing write-offs, providing WIP/AR updates, and supporting audit queries. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, client-focused finance role within a leading firm.
