About the opportunity:




As the Client Engagement Manager you will be an essential part of the operations team. You will be responsible for driving sales and occupancy within our luxury care home, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and their families.


You will be responsible for producing and delivering a strategy that identifies potential residents for our care home, which engages with them and their families against a clear set of KPI's.


Work closely with KYN's sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Generate referrals and recommendations through external business development with a focus on Healthcare Professionals and HNWI Advisors Foster community relationships to grow and protect local reputation and generate leads Plan and execute B2B and B2C events and promotional activities to showcase the exceptional amenities and services offered by our care home Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential residents and families, responding to all new enquiries within 2 hours Conduct personalised tours, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into residents Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing residents, their families, and referral sources Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly Deliver 100% data integrity on KYN's CRM by the end of each working day across the following modules: Enquiries, Residents, Billing and Network Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyse competitor offerings, and stay informed about industry trends Ensure the Resident Pre-Arrival paperwork and process is delivered to an impeccable standard, and contribute to delivery Ensure the Resident Welcome paperwork and process is delivered to an impeccable standard Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a whole home approach to sales and a smooth onboarding process for new residents Prepare regular sales reports, analyse key performance indicators, and provide insights to the leadership team Utilise data-driven approaches to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies Represent the care home at relevant industry events and functions To understand and respect our residents' privacy and understand that residents' identities and confidentiality must never be exposed or breached to any external sources To attend all statutory training sessions making certain that practices reflect the learning outcomes of the training To uphold the KYN Sales Guideline, the KYN Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice in all communications To attend any other training sessions that KYN deem applicable to the role Adhere to all KYN's policies and procedures

About you:



You are organised, proactive, a self-starter, comfortable with technology with a strong ability to prioritise. You will be able to demonstrate a solid history of successful sales experience. You will enjoy building and nurturing relationships proactively. Through your positive mindset and passion for what you do, you will inspire joy in your colleagues, our local community, our residents and our future residents and their families.
