Through powerful analytics and insights generated by io.tt we help brands understand more about their consumers and shoppers than ever before.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Executive to join our growing Client Services team at SharpEnd. This role will support the successful delivery of connected experiences for global brands, working closely with the wider team members to ensure the smooth running of projects from briefing through to execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited by digital innovation and passionate about helping brands connect more meaningfully with consumers. The role combines day-to-day client interaction alongside internal coordination and provides a great opportunity to grow into a more strategic role.

Core Responsibilities:

Client Support and Project Coordination

Support the Client Services team in the day-to-day management of client relationships Help prepare meeting notes, status reports, and follow-ups to ensure alignment Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and on time
Internal Collaboration

Liaise with creative, strategy, design and project management teams to ensure clear communication of client needs Help shape client deliverables, such as presentations, reports and project documents
Market and Client Insight

Conduct desk research to support pitches, proposals and strategic initiatives Stay updated on industry trends and client activity to proactively contribute insights
Operational Support

Support the creation of estimates, timelines and scopes of work Assist with maintaining accurate project documentation and files
About You:

1-2 years' experience in a marketing, creative agency or client-side role Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic about emerging technology, creativity and brand experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Keen to learn and grow within a dynamic and entrepreneurial team Working from the office at least 4 days per week
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
