Job Description

As a Client Executive, you will focus on managing and retaining a large client account portfolio while identifying and creating new revenue opportunities through proactive cross-selling and upselling of our services. You will be responsible for delivering sales and growth, demonstrating excellent client retention skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Client Executive looking to thrive at a market-leading insurance broker.

We will count on you to:



Manage relationships with clients, prospects, and producers to deliver exceptional service and drive growth. Collaborate with colleagues to execute on growth and retention strategies, meeting sales targets. Serve as a primary contact for clients, responding to complex needs and questions to enhance their experience. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Marine insurance industry, market trends, and ensure compliance with all standards. Liaise regularly with Underwriters via in-person meetings, phone, Zoom, and electronic trading platforms.

What you need to have:



A strong background in Marine Hull insurance, with proven ability to manage and retain a client portfolio. Passion for delivering elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

What makes you stand out:



Additional experience in other Marine insurance lines or related industries. Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling insurance services. Knowledge of market conditions and regulatory requirements in the marine insurance sector.
