What you'll be doing



You'll be helping to guide each property marketing project to success and navigating any challenges along the way. As the 'hands on' person for the project, you'll work closely with the rest of the team to bring each project to fruition and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best we've ever created. You'll then help manage that property through the sale process.

Working closely with the Sales Agent, you'll play a key role in coordinating the journey from listing to offer. This includes overseeing compliance checks (such as AML and land registry)and liaising with everyone involved in the process, from clients to photographers, videographers and home-stagers, to ensure media days run seamlessly. You'll manage client registrations, maintain the database, handle incoming calls, arrange viewings, and deal with offers. Additionally, you'll compile weekly marketing reports for clients, keep marketing content fresh and engaging and provide general admin support to the Sales Agent.

We want someone who's had experience of delivering world-class customer service and who not only has a positive 'can do' approach, but a 'will-do' determination. Experience in the industry is preferred but training is provided.

Leadership and facilitation skills are essential so that you can motivate, support and lead the project

A passionate attention to detail to create beautiful, bespoke marketing materials

Problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively are key in order to find solutions for complex challenges that may arise

The ability to pull together information and opinions from different sources, make decisions and form clear, confident recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
