We're looking for a full-time teammate to join our B2B Marketing team at the Senior Coordinator/Junior Manager/Specialist level. Code First Girls offers flexible, family-friendly working arrangements with hybrid working (1 day per week in our Old Street office in London). ABOUT YOU & THE ROLE
You have
4+ years' B2B marketing experience
with a track record in driving growth across lead generation, partnerships, retention, and client engagement. You're proactive, organised, and commercially minded, with strong communication and campaign skills. You'll own day-to-day client marketing activations, partner marketing, nurture campaigns, ABM, and lifecycle projects, working closely across teams in a fast-paced scale-up.

Strong client relationship management and retention focus
Experience across the B2B lifecycle: acquisition retention
Knowledge of funnels, RevOps and conversion optimisation
Partner activations: campaigns, comms, case studies, events
Multi-channel B2B marketing (digital focus)
Excellent written communication and copywriting
Creative, commercial and data-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment
Experience supporting/managing junior team members
Comfortable using tools like Hubspot, WordPress, Canva
SOME THINGS YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Client Lead Generation & Attraction
Support inbound and ABM campaigns across paid, PR, content and events
Support B2B content (newsletters, webinars, research papers, landing pages, SEO)
Assist with organising client events (roundtables, breakfasts) and thought-leadership pieces
Assist outbound strategies: account mapping, prospect engagement, events, awards
Client Nurture (Consideration
Decision)
Build and optimise nurture workflows, lead qualification, and personalisation
Support sales with decks, case studies and bespoke content
Re-engage lapsed leads with new opportunities
Client Onboarding & Engagement
Deliver exceptional onboarding and partnership showcases
Manage lifecycle marketing touchpoints and partner activations
Coordinate marketing materials and communications with stakeholders
Client Delivery & Advocacy
Drive account growth, retention and advocacy with Client Success
Activate clients across PR, content, case studies, events and impact reports
Produce social graphics, testimonials and client success stories
Manage client communications (newsletters, updates, training materials)
Insights, Reporting & Optimisation
Monitor lifecycle performance, deliver insights and optimise campaigns
Track market trends, competitor activity and client feedback
Research growth opportunities by segment, vertical and international markets
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
Salary:
35k-45k DOE
Annual leave:
20 days + 7 days over Christmas + 1 Special Occasion Day (+ 8 bank holiday days). Optional: Buy or sell 3 days of holiday, 1 Giving back day, option to work 2 days over the festive period and get additional days back.
Parental leave:
16 weeks full pay for the primary caregiver, 6 weeks full pay for the secondary caregiver. Phased return to the office for the primary caregiver (work for 4 days at full pay for 2 months).
Flexible working:
Our working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm. Opportunity to work from abroad for up to 90 days a year.
