Summary

We're looking for a

Client Experience & Operations Lead

to support the flow of people, tasks, and client experiences across our clinic and wellness retail space. You'll be the calm, clear point of contact who keeps schedules running smoothly, checklists followed, and team communication on track -- all without needing daily direction.

This is a part-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys creating order, building systems, and making life easier for those around them. You'll work closely with the Founder and HR lead to build rhythm into our day-to-day -- and create lasting impact behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate weekly rotas for therapists and front-of-house cover Monitor room use, client transitions, and overall clinic flow Maintain staff task checklists, daily logs, and shift handover notes Help onboard new staff with clear SOPs and training tools Support product promotions, clinic projects, and small launches Liaise with Finance/Admin to ensure follow-through on systems Review and refine internal processes for efficiency Ensure the client environment stays calm, clean, and welcoming

Requirements

Essential:

Experience in operations, clinic coordination, wellness retail or hospitality Strong organisation and time management skills Confident communicator who can keep others on track kindly Self-motivated -- acts without waiting to be asked Familiarity with admin systems or willingness to learn task tools Professional, calm, and values-led

Desirable:

Experience in health, wellness, or clinic-based environments Interest in supplements, client care, or holistic health Thrives in a purposeful, founder-led environment with a balance of initiative and structure.

Pay: 18.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 24 per week
