DWR Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a full time Client Experience Team Member. This position is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible between 8am-10pm.

Main Responsibilities



Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices Checking of accounts before discharge to ensure that they are up to date and correct Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues Checking accounts daily to ensure they have been correctly priced, are up to date and correct, checking ward costs have been added and are correct Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
