Act as a liaison between clients, account managers, developers, and third parties (including DMS providers and lenders) to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions. Participate in the rollout of new products and internal tools, bringing a customer-focused implementation lens to every initiative. Ensure Salesforce is kept accurate and up-to-date with go-live milestones, status updates, and cancellations. Contribute to knowledge-sharing across the business and attend team meetings to stay aligned with company goals. Work closely with support teams to hand off client cases when needed, ensuring a smooth transition and resolution.
