About the Job



Acuigen provide client feedback services to professional services firms. We are looking for an experienced manager who has hands-on experience managing client insight programmes, and who is seeking an exciting new opportunity to join our business as it enters its next growth phase. Based from our offices in Cranfield, you will be responsible for the successful design implementation and delivery of client insight programmes. You will be joining a client focused, quality obsessed, motivated and friendly team.

We have ambitious growth plans, and this role would suit an individual who is able to quickly take responsibility for a range of client projects, who is looking to grow within our organisation and become a key pillar of our growth journey.

The three priorities of this role are to:

Deliver first class research services and excellent customer service Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external client contacts Work as a key member of the client team to leverage all opportunities to deliver our growth plan with clients you manage and to support the new business development team.

Candidate Profile: Essential Skills and Experience



We are interested in hearing from individuals who have the following skills and knowledge:

Demonstrate a strong client service ethos, consistently providing outstanding stakeholder management. Ensure client satisfaction and aim to exceed client expectations whenever possible. Previous experience of working in B2B market research or insight roles is essential Possess sound knowledge and understanding of client feedback methodologies, covering both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Have at least 5+ years' prior relevant experience in a client-facing research account management role, with a solid grasp of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Demonstrate trustable analysis and interpretation skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and findings. Engage effectively with clients, prospective clients, build trust, and communicate the value of our services to secure new business, provide commercially focused advice grounded in our research. Exhibit strong listening and communication abilities, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional interactions with clients, managers, and colleagues. Listen attentively to understand client needs, respond with relevant solutions, and maintain high standards of written and verbal communication. Demonstrate keen attention to detail, excellent business-level English, sound numerical skills, analytical and strong logical reasoning to consistently deliver high-quality work. Work independently and manage a small team, consistently delivering results, and inspiring confidence in colleagues and clients. Show adaptability and a willingness to learn and take on diverse assignments. Resides within 20-30 minutes travelling time of our Cranfield office (MK43 0BT).
