28,000 - 35,000 per annum (DOE)

Working hours:

35 hours a week, flexible between 8:00am to 6:00pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



On a daily basis, as a Client Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and analysing their requirements to identify and recommend standard Intersoft systems and services. You will oversee the successful implementation of these solutions by collaborating with internal teams, customers, and third-party IT staff. You will also provide post-implementation support and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing integration applications

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Integration & Onboarding



Onboard new customers by analysing their requirements and recommending appropriate solutions. Identify all work required across stakeholders to implement the agreed solution. Liaise with third parties, including customer IT teams, to complete integration. Provide post-implementation support before handing over to the general support function. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Projects Team to produce and execute IT test plans aligned with development and release schedules. Provide required IT training, support, and advice to customer users or facilitate handoffs to relevant departments.

Technical Support & Solution Development



Ensure proper documentation for the maintenance and development of integration applications. Assist in application design based on business needs and IT strategies. Act as a technical liaison across teams, ensuring clarity on solutions, test plans, and delivery timelines.

Operational Excellence



Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Solutions, Projects, Development) to ensure seamless customer experiences. Continuously improve onboarding and support processes to increase efficiency and satisfaction.

Data & Reporting



Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvements. Track success metrics and prepare regular updates for stakeholders. Use CRM and workflow tools (HubSpot, Jira, etc.) to manage and report on progress

Customer Solutions Team Projects Team Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts Support Team Carriers, 3Pi's, and 3PL's Customer IT departments

Expected experience & skills:



Strong experience in technical onboarding, IT integration, or customer-facing implementation roles. Proven ability to analyse customer requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Competency in project and test plan coordination with cross-functional teams. Experience with CRM and IT ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira). Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems relevant to logistics or eCommerce is advantageous. Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience delivering 3rd line support.

Beneficial skills:



Experience in SaaS, logistics, or retail technology. Familiarity with customer success metrics and reporting. Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
