What will you do?



As a Client L&D Trainer, you will:

lead the design and delivery of high-impact training programmes that support client success. Conduct in-depth conversations with clients to uncover their learning needs and recommend tailored solutions that drive business outcomes. Design and develop customised training materials, including eLearning courses, PowerPoint decks, videos, and interactive activities. Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions--virtually and in person--covering both system and soft skills. Facilitate webinars and workshops that inspire and engage learners. Support pre-sales activities by translating client needs into actionable training proposals. Act as a brand ambassador at events, on social media, and in webinars, supporting go-to-market activities for new training products. Continuously improve our training offering by incorporating the latest L&D trends, technologies, and client feedback.

Who are we looking for?



You're an organised, proactive, and confident professional with a passion for learning and client success. You will have:

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to deliver memorable training sessions. Experience in instructional design and a deep understanding of Learning & Development methodologies. Familiarity with current L&D trends, technologies, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Skilled in visual and graphic design, with a good eye for brand-aligned materials. Proficiency in Articulate 360, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and LMS platforms. Empathetic and assertive communication style, with coaching and mentoring capabilities.
