We are seeking a dynamic Client Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our organisation and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in front of house service, building client relationships and managing social media content namely the company Instagram account.

Responsibilities

Meeting & greeting clients, ensuring they feel relaxed and valued from the moment they arrive Manage bookings, appointments and client queries with efficiency and professionalism Capture and curate beautiful authentic and engaging content for our Instagram page - including treatment highlights, behind the scenes moments, client transformations and trending aesthetic topics. Uphold and reflect our luxury brand values in every interaction both online and offline. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. Utilise company systems to log interactions, manage contacts, update client treatment plans including photos. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally. Perform end of day duties such as cleaning and tidying front of house & treatment rooms.

Experience

Professional in appearance and attitude always maintaining a calm and polished demeanour. Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills. Experienced in using Instagram and other content creation tools such as Canva Creative with a good eye for detail, photography and current trends on Instagram producing reels, stories and caption. Posses the ability to deal with multiple client queries.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
