Working within the Nautical & STEM Faculty, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients. This can include, but not limited to, arranging students visits, medicals, campus tours, events, Short Courses, MOU's, etc.
You will be expected to work closely with the Faculty Dean, Associate Deans/Directors and Curriculum Heads to provide accurate information ensuring the Client's needs are met and assist with other operational duties required. ng, collection and distribution of mail dealing with student and staff enquiries, covering at the student gateway.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant HNC or demonstrable experience. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and can work flexibly as part of a team.
