The Role
We're looking for a
Client Liaison Executive
to join our vibrant Windsor office. This is a key customer-liaising role (via telephone and email) where you'll manage orders, build relationships, and contribute to our sales pipeline. If you're passionate about interiors, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Order Management & Customer Support
Process and follow up on sales orders and quotations
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Ensure accurate data entry and order tracking
Liaise with distributors, showrooms, and sales teams
Sales Pipeline Development
Build relationships with clients; interior designers, specifiers, and architects
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
Promote our luxury fabrics and accessories
Own revenue targets for a defined customer group
Customer Experience Excellence
Deliver world-class service and aftercare
Handle returns and resolve issues professionally
Stay informed on export, freight, and VAT procedures
Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
customer service
and
order processing
Background in
luxury interiors
,
fabrics
, or design is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, previous use of SAP software is a plus
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and take initiative
Passionate about interiors/fabrics and delivering excellence
