Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of service to each assigned client in accordance with the agreed client service tools.
• Identify and introduce products and services to meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, understanding and communicating their business issues and requirements to the service team and other departments.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
• Drive revenue and profitability growth for the assigned client portfolio, meeting annual revenue targets.
• Work in accordance with the Risk Management Framework and comply with company policies, including actively participating in risk management and completing mandatory training.
• Collaborate with an experienced leadership team dedicated to supporting your success.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven client relationship experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial risks.
• Experience dealing with large corporate insurance risks is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commercial understanding of business dynamics, including market forces, business drivers, competitors, and risks.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Client-focused mindset with a consultative approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Possess a full, clean driving license.
