As Client Manager, Leisure - UK and Ireland at our Global Office, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life. You will play a crucial role to support the generation of revenue within the leisure and FIT market segments within the UK and Ireland. Whether this is through strategic account management, increasing new active accounts or business development activities. You will contribute to meeting the revenue targets for every Belmond property and region through your own personal KPIs.

Primary Responsibilities Include
Developing a detailed annual strategic sales action plan as well as quarterly plans for assigned accounts.
Maintain frequent personal contact and collaboration with property-based sales, revenue management and reservations teams to ensure sound up-to-date product knowledge and alignment with sales strategies.
Qualify transient sales leads and conduct necessary follow through to secure new bookings that fit with the parameters of 'desirable' business.
Utilise internal data and external information to analyse and evaluate account productivity.
Establish and nurture a partnership relationship with key contacts, decision makers, bookers and influencers within each owned account.
Conduct regular product training and communicate promotions to ensure that Belmond remains front-of-mind, including educational trips according to the action plan.
Host events with key accounts and their clients throughout the year and assist the Divisional Director of Sales with annual sales series, strategic partner events and trade shows.
Utilise selling, negotiating and closing tools to increase conversion ratios.
Manage allocated budget and expenses .
