What You'll Do



Manage your own portfolio of UK limited companies and sole traders . Be their key contact - advising, educating and supporting them beyond compliance. Lead all year-end accounts, tax, VAT, and payroll (overseeing, not just doing). Coach and manage our small internal team. Support clients through the transition to Making Tax Digital. Proactively explore AI and digital solutions to drive efficiency (we want your input). Prepare and review accounts, tax returns and management reports. Attend and lead client meetings (online or in-person). Maintain high standards of accuracy and client service. Drive business growth through service quality, client retention and referrals.

What You'll Get



40,000 - 45,000 salary, plus discretionary bonus (for the right candidate, we're open to a higher starting salary in line with skills and experience)*

Who You Are



Fully qualified

CIMA, ACCA or ACA

, with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in practice. Experienced in managing client relationships. Technically competent across accounts and tax compliance. A natural communicator - friendly, clear and proactive. A

Xero Certified Advisor

, confident in cloud-based workflows. Curious about new technology - including AI. Highly organised and detail-focused. A supportive leader who can manage and motivate others.

Where You'll Work



This role is

hybrid

- work remotely most of the time, but be available to attend our Evesham office 1-2 times per month for team collaboration and client meetings as needed.

Hours of work



Full-time, Monday to Friday - office hours are 09:00 to 17:30. Flexible hours - choose your own schedule to suit your clients and your life. No weekend work. Hybrid working: predominantly remote, with occasional office days (1-2 times per month).
