We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to fill our new role of

Client Marketing Manager

. You'll oversee the marketing requirements of some of the key clients who sell their tickets with us - a diverse mix, ranging from live music promoters, festival organisers, exhibitions and more - across the full marketing mix. You'll collaborate closely with Gigantic's Head of Brand & Commercial and Marketing Managers, to coordinate on marketing strategy within Gigantic and in service of our key clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the main point of contact for key clients requiring marketing support from Gigantic's channels. Implement and manage creative and targeted email marketing campaigns. Produce content for social media channels to market Gigantic's huge inventory of events. Create SEO-friendly and engaging copy for online channels including blogs, landing pages and more. Analyse marketing data to generate insights and drive ticket sales growth.

Essential Skills and Experience:



Minimum 2 years' marketing experience. Degree-level education Strong communication skills. Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Activity Stream, Salesforce, Mailchimp). Familiarity with creative and professional tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Office 365, and Google Suite.

Desirable:



Degree or professional qualification in marketing. Interest or experience within the live events, music, or arts industries. Knowledge of ticketing systems.
