Based at our temporary home at Arena Court in Sheffield, Attercliffe, S9, until moving to our head office in Orgreave, Sheffield. We're looking for a Client Partner who's not just target-driven, but also brings enthusiasm, a great eye for detail, and a customer-first mindset. If you enjoy customer interaction, looking after key accounts from a retentions perspective then this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Role at a Glance)



Key tasks/areas, duties and responsibilities:



Using a database of information, you will be responsible for the following:

Establishing and maintaining client contact details of the targeted building using a means of different resources Accurately inputting the information gathered into an in-house software system (ERP) Quoting and progressing these as relevant until won using a variety of structured sales techniques Working towards achieving both personal and team-based targets Responding to customer enquiries Carrying out surveys and client meeting as and when required Ensuring workflows are kept up to date Data inputting Answering Inbound telephone calls Making Outgoing telephone calls Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills Maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times Undertake customer reviews upselling services to customers on the back of inspections and expanding account base. Generate new leads for the business via different sources and sending these to the New Sales Team Assisting management as and when required

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience of hitting/exceeding targets Experience in making outbound Telephone sales Experience in Account management Motivated and able to work effectively to achieve sales targets Team player, co-operative, and interested in further development Ability to communicate, internally and with external stakeholders Attention to detail Punctual & good time management skills Literate & numerate Self-motivated individual, able to work on own initiative Flexibility to carry out the necessary duties to complete the task efficiently and promptly Honest & reliable

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
