Administrators within our Portal & Campaign Support team are one of the first points of contact for client queries and play a vital role in many of our direct client marketing campaigns.
As our Client Portal & Campaigns Administrator, you will play a front-line role in dealing with general client enquiries via phone and email and supporting them to access and use our Client portal.
Working closely within the rest of the team, you will also deliver excellent customer service and ensure that we provide the most helpful and professional assistance to our clients as they access our client portal.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll:
Act as the primary contact for all internal and external client queries relating to the client portal.
Work on and support initiatives to increase client portal user engagement.
Undertake and support initiatives to meet the team and firm's objectives.
Provide general administrative assistance to the Communications team.
Collate user feedback from our client portal and suggest improvements for further development.
What we're looking for
Strong IT literacy - particularly with Microsoft Office.
A quick learner who is confident in explaining how systems work to clients and colleagues.
Experience of working on a helpdesk or other role predominately interfacing with clients, desirably in a technical capacity.
Good attention to detail and proven accuracy skills.
We would particularly welcome applicants who have:
Previous experience working in financial services or a regulated environment.
What does the future look like?
Once you are settled into the role, you will be able to take on more responsibility within the team, including taking on more complex queries and learning more about how the rest of the team functions.
