Client Programme Manager

to join our Business Development team in Bristol and help drive forward three key strategic workstreams:

Key Account Management (KAM), Client Feedback, and Onboarding

.



You'll work in close partnership with the Senior Client Programme/CX Manager and the Head of Business Development, engaging with senior stakeholders and external consultancy partners to embed best practice and deliver a consistent, integrated approach to client development. Client experience is a strategic priority for the firm, and this role sits within a growing and well-supported team that has recently expanded to reflect our commitment in this space. As Client Programme Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we engage with our clients, influence firm-wide initiatives, and contribute directly to our continued success.


What you'll be doing




Managing the implementation and day-to-day management of our Key Account Programme, including evolving our structured framework and toolkit, and embedding it across the firm. Driving our Client Listening programme, increasing the quality and quantity of feedback, and using insights to support continuous improvement. Managing strategic client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions from bid to business-as-usual and delivering on our promises. Collaborating with partners, lawyers, and business services teams to support client development and embed best practice. Upskilling colleagues across the business to build confidence and capability in client relationship management.

What we're looking for




A confident communicator with excellent influencing and facilitation skills. Proven experience in client programme management, ideally within a professional services environment. A highly organised, proactive self-starter who can operate independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting. Someone who's resilient, adaptable, and comfortable challenging the status quo to drive change.
