Client Project Manager is responsible for driving efficiencies managing customer projects and ensuring effective communication between sales teams and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Customer Projects
:
Support sales and client planning - this will include
building client quotes in salesforce
Creating and maintaining VERY accurate client project trackers in spreadsheets and salesforce.
These can be quite complex so candidate must be very competent using MS Excel and its feature.
Creating first draft client project updates in PowerPoint and excel
internal execution, and completion of customer projects.
Ensuring they align with customer goals and objectives and support successful Astute delivery
Support Internal Campaign
Build
:
Create and implement effective campaign build plans.
Working with accounts to ensure accurate invoicing on time and to agreed payment terms.
Creating opportunities on SFDC on behalf of account managers.
Collaborate effectively with data/analytics team and IT teams on campaign data imports.
Ensure minimum record quality and counts are compliant.
Report field counts for each imported data set.
Where needed organise and record training briefing sessions with the campaign execution teams and sales agents
Coordinate with sales and clients
Liaise with sales and other departments to support the sales team in their day-to-day activities.
Ensure all Salesforce tasks and inputs are accurate and complete
Ensure all client meetings and important updates
Customer Relationship Management
:
Support sales relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Pass Back Management
:
Logging all client lead pass backs onto Salesforce, owning and co-ordinating internal lead by lead review process until completion and report of accepted or rejected lead pass backs.
May in time involve negotiating lead by lead with client.
Reporting
:
Prepare 1st draft external client reports and internal regular activity reports for sales / operations, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Training and Development
:
Organise training and support for the Astute telesales agents.
Ensure they have the support required to deliver campaign activity and enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience
: Several years of experience in detailed sales / sales support or project management, preferably in a related industry.
Skills
: Very strong administration, communication, and organisation skills; proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Excell, MS PowerPoint and ideally project management tools.
