About the Role:
Working within our
Business Development
team, you'll be at the heart of building meaningful connections with architects, designers, and key decision-makers. From coordinating CPD sessions and sample mock-ups to managing CRM data and supporting event invites -- your work will help create a strong pipeline of appointments for our sales and specification teams.
This is a dynamic role, perfect for someone who enjoys varied tasks, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about client engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively identify and contact new prospects (particularly in architecture and design) via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
Schedule CPD presentations and training sessions, coordinating all logistics with internal teams
Organise in-person and virtual appointments for product samples and design reviews
Manage event attendance, ensure invitations are sent to key clients, and follow-up meetings are arranged
Keep CRM records up to date with contact details, meeting notes, and outcomes
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prioritise key accounts and follow up on campaigns
Build strong relationships with gatekeepers and specifiers
Convert leads into meetings through prompt follow-up on marketing campaigns
Monitor performance against KPIs such as booked meetings, new contacts, and lead conversions

Person Specification:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Strong admin skills and confident using CRM systems
Excellent written and spoken English
Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
A valid
UK driving licence
is required due to our Head Office location
Working Pattern & Flexibility:
Full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)
Hybrid working:
2-3 days from home
, with at least
2 days in the office
per week
