Client Relationship Manager

But to achieve our mission, we need your help. We're actively recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to increase revenue from our existing customer base, reduce churn, and enhance customer satisfaction. Join us in shaping the future of connectivity!



Your passion for building strong customer relationships and your "can-do" attitude will be your most important attributes, but the following experience will also help:



Experienced in business development, account management, service management, or another customer-facing role Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Commercial awareness and the ability to work on your own initiative (hybrid role) IT literacy, including a good understanding of Excel

Your role as a Client Relationship Manager

A typical day might include:





Retaining business and increasing revenue by engaging with existing customers Renewing customer contracts and ensuring accurate records in our internal systems Maintaining and analysing customer data to identify trends and reduce churn Managing the provisioning process for customer orders and providing timely updates Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and prospects, representing Glide in a friendly and professional manner
