We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and leadership abilities to effectively manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Analyse client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
Lead sales initiatives by identifying potential clients and conducting presentations to showcase our services.
Provide regular feedback to management on client trends and potential areas for development.
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership capabilities to inspire and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
