Appetite Me is a well-established business run by a team of dedicated professionals. We specialise in working with farms, country estates, and garden centres, helping them explore the concepts and possibilities of diversifying from traditional farming into high-end retail operations.

What You'll Do:



Conduct research and explore new opportunities to drive business growth. Convert leads into successful projects and deliver exceptional client services across all departments. Take ownership of driving business growth by prospecting and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with our creative teams to prepare proposals and reports for clients, and marketing materials for shows and seminars. Source and secure new tenants and partners for concessions. Provide exceptional client support, offering guidance and maximizing revenue opportunities. Represent our company at shows and exhibitions as both a guest and exhibitor, building networks and securing new clients. Continuously review and enhance our services to maximize revenue. Visit clients across the UK, offering tailored support and building lasting partnerships. Be part of project setup teams to ensure seamless execution when projects go live.

What We're Looking For:



Demonstrative experience in sales and account management. Proficiency in CRM software and client tracking tools. Strong presentation and communication skills, both internally and externally. Proven ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships. Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. A team player with an authoritative flair and the ability to think on your feet. Multitasking skills and a fast-paced mindset. Social media savvy, especially on LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of planning applications or building is a plus. Sales-driven and results-oriented with a strong will to succeed.

What You Bring:



Proven track record of success in sales and account management. Educated in business, marketing, or sales (or equivalent experience). A full driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide. Flexibility for site visits, overnight stays for shows, and long-distance client meetings.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, capable of thinking quickly, and adept at interacting with a diverse range of people both within and outside the workplace. They should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about the profession, and growing both in their role and as a valuable team member.
