About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Client Relationship Manager
to join our commercial team. This is a hybrid role that combines account management, consultative sales, and business development. You'll manage a portfolio of B2B clients and promote our full range of mobility solutions.
You will be the key point of contact for your clients, ensuring service excellence, account growth, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Retention
Serve as the primary contact for your client portfolio across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
Conduct regular account reviews and build lasting business relationships.
Understand client operations to offer tailored solutions.
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell our full suite of services:
UK & European Fuel Cards
Vehicle Telematics
Toll Box Solutions
Freight Ferry Crossings
VAT Reclaim Services
Roadside Assistance
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Drive growth through client retention and new business acquisition.
Achieve and exceed sales and retention targets.
Onboarding & Support
Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and portal access.
Deliver ongoing support and product education to ensure optimal usage.
Reporting & Analysis
Monitor account activity, fuel usage, and service adoption.
Analyze trends, identify risks, and propose performance improvement strategies.
Work cross-functionally with credit control, customer service, and technical teams.
What You Bring
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
A consultative, client-first approach.
Target-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills.
Analytical and reporting proficiency (Excel, CRM systems, dashboards).
Full clean driving licence (some travel required).
Desirable:
Experience with international fuel card or toll solutions.
Knowledge of VAT reclaim and transport logistics.
Background in fleet management, logistics, or mobility solutions.
