Client Review Coordinator
to join our dynamic Marketing team based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and results-driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality content and making a real impact through digital channels.
Reporting into Group Head of Marketing and Strategic communications, the
Client Review Coordinator
will take ownership of gathering and managing client reviews across the business.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our legal teams to ensure we're consistently capturing feedback from clients -- helping us showcase the great service we provide.
Responsibilities to include:
Coordinate and manage the collection of client reviews at scale
Work with legal teams to identify the key windows for collecting reviews and ensuring review requests are sent as part of the client journey
Monitor key review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, Google Reviews)
Ensure responses are timely, professional, and on brand
Spot and track any recurring client issues or concerns
Maintain a tracker of reviews and response rates
Suggest improvements to increase the volume of positive feedback
Integrate review widgets
Implement and manage email marketing
Implement strategies such as automated review requests, social media engagement, and CRM tools to streamline the review collection process
About You:
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Confident working with people across all departments
Experience using online review platforms
A proactive attitude -- comfortable chasing, reminding, and following up!
Attention to detail and a genuine interest in client care
