As a Customer Service Adviser you\xe2\x80\x99ll be handling a range of customer enquiries. You\'ll be hard-working with a great attention to detail and a fantastic attitude towards your customers with a desire to do the right thing for them.

This vacancy is based in our User Registration & Client Data team in Banking & Trade Delivery, where you\xe2\x80\x99ll primarily focus on dealing with customer queries by telephone admin tasks.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have excellent written and oral communication skills and the passion to deliver excellent customer service
  • You\'ll possess good attention to detail and grow the confidence to spot and call out areas we can improve our customers\' journeys and experiences
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues, supporting, coaching and offering guidance
