Robert Half has partnered with a corporate financial services business to recruit for a Client Service Advisor to be based fully on-site in Worcestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a background in accounting, finance, credit control, accounts receivable, or client-facing roles to work with corporate clients and deliver tailored financial solutions. Previous commercial insurance experience is helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their financial needs.
• Liaise with insurers or partners to offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all interactions are documented.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with corporate clients and understanding their financial requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Salary & Benefits:

• 28,000 - 32,000 per annum.
• Fully on-site role in Worcestershire.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
