Paying 24,848 per annum


To successfully manage and deliver outstanding customer services to corporate Self-serve & E-commerce clients.

Operational tasks:

To work closely with the Client Services Supervisor to deliver business set KPI requirements. Meet targeted deadlines for set SLAs set by Head of Client Services To understand departmental procedures and daily workload. To partake in the Client Services team training and development. To have knowledge and understanding of all new process and procedures set by the Head of Client Services. To maintain/improve a high quality of service through objective set by the Head of Business Services. To maintain and support changes requested by the Business Support Manager. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat & trust-pilot.

Essential:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change effectively. Clear and professional communication skills across telephone, email, and web chat. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues. Accuracy in handling customer information, transactions, and processes. Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience in a demanding customer service role with multi-channel communication.


Desirable:

Knowledge of Excel Usage of different systems. Proven experience in Business Support or relevant role Business knowledge Working knowledge of business systems * Appreciation of internal relationships
