We're on the lookout for a confident and detail-driven
Client Service Executive
to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. This role sits at the heart of client relationships -- helping to plan, coordinate and deliver digital campaigns and projects that drive real results. You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, and developers to ensure our clients receive a seamless, high-quality service at every touchpoint.
Act as a day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, supporting the delivery of digital campaigns, website projects, content plans, and ongoing retainers.
Coordinate internal teams across strategy, creative, development, and media to keep work on brief, on time, and on budget.
Translate client briefs into clear internal documentation, ensuring deliverables align with campaign objectives and KPIs.
Prepare timelines, contact reports, project updates, and status documents to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Proactively manage project milestones and flag potential risks or blockers early.
Support the production of digital campaign performance reports with input from media and analytics teams.
Help identify opportunities to grow client accounts by spotting upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Manage support channels, Zendesk and , becoming a familiar face to clients when accepting and providing updates on briefs
Knowledge in the following areas is required:
Experience in a client services, account executive or project coordination role within a digital, creative, or integrated marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels -- including web, social, paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) -- confident liaising with clients and presenting ideas or updates.
Highly organised with great attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
A team player with a proactive mindset and a solution-first approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Zendesk, Monday.com, Google Workspace).
A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
