This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in our Business Operations Unit (BOU), and drive operational excellence while managing a talented group of professionals.
About the Role:
As the Client Service Lead, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the efficient administration of Public Works Loan Board (PWLB) loans, Debt Management Account Deposit Facility (DMADF) deposits, and fund management for the Commissioners for the Reduction of the National Debt (CRND). Your leadership will guide the team towards achieving high performance standards, while you oversee the rollout of an automated system for deposits and loans.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily operational and investment requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report performance against operational targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide insights and updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding fund activity and solvency margins.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a talented team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Policy Coordination: Offer advice on proposed changes in policy or strategy that may impact operational processes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Several years in a client service role, ideally within financial markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop team capabilities, leading by example.
  • Detail-Oriented: A delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience in financial reporting and reconciliations.
