Ecosurety are looking for a Client Services Administrator with strong communication and organisational skills to deliver a high level of customer service to our clients. The individual will be required to be flexible and adaptable to embrace the changing needs of the business, balancing multiple business objectives.



The Client Services Administrator will support a large number of clients. The role will involve answering customer inquiries, maintaining client records, relaying important regulatory information, managing invoicing, reviewing and administering incoming client data, and providing administrative support to the Client Services Team.

Delivery of high standards of customer service and administration of a large number of clients. Answering client queries ranging from basic administrative queries (e.g. log in issues; invoices) to regulatory guidance (e.g. directing clients to relevant regulatory guidance and data submission information). Administering proactive client communication (e.g. regulatory reminders of timelines; sending invoices; invitations to various events; surveys). Administration of multiple client records and CRM system. Quality checking of incoming client data Ensure adherence to Ecosurety's management system and processes. Support delivery of 'best in class' compliance, interacting with the Compliance & Data team Identify new opportunities for service improvement and growth. Contribute to a positive team dynamic, living the Ecosurety values of 'Protect, Inspire, Transform'.

Person Specification



Experience of customer services and client administration Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests and prioritise effectively. Strong ability to communicate logically and objectively, both verbally and written. Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively both internally and externally. Personable, and exude a 'can do' attitude. Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems Ability to take on new (often technical) information quickly.

Package



C 28,000 per year Permanent full-time contract, 8-hour day with some flexibility 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays 5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, up to 10% bonus, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, critical illness cover, 2 weeks workcation, options to buy additional holiday or unpaid leave, 3 days volunteer leave, happy to talk flexible working, remote working, wellbeing support, great office location, 250 home working set up payment. Hybrid working: Employees are expected to work with colleagues (primarily at the office) at least 50% of the month
