About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring client meetings are prepared and all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm client appointments, prepare meeting packs and documentation
Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
Handle client queries professionally via phone and email
Liaise with external providers and internal teams to process requests
Support post-meeting actions such as fund switches and withdrawals
Manage workload effectively and provide cover for team members when needed
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong customer service skills
Desirable:
Experience in wealth management or financial services
Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance
