We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services and Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will possess strong client relations skills, and have a solid background in media and marketing. As a Client Services and Media Manager, you will foster client relationships, manage service delivery, develop bespoke marketing strategies for the company and drive client satisfaction.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Ensuring client satisfaction and analysing client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Managing key client relationships across logistics and other sectors of the business. Identifying and reaching out to potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients. Investigating industry trends and advising the business on client strategies and new sales opportunities. Serving as the primary contact for complaints and appropriately escalating issues when necessary. Leading the launch and rollout of our proprietary Logistics platform. Driving media engagement strategies to support business growth

Qualifications

Proven experience in a client-facing role within the logistics sector. Proven experience in a similar client-facing role such as client relations, business development, or media strategy. Demonstrable ability to manage high-value client accounts, maintain excellent relationships, and resolve client issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey strategy, lead meetings, and interact with cross-functional teams. Experience coordinating marketing or media campaigns across digital platforms. A commercial understanding of logistics operations and the ability to support client growth through technology-driven services. Familiarity with sustainable business practices and a future-oriented mindset toward innovation.

Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year
