Client Services Consultant - London Estate Agency

M-F 9am-6pm

The Role
As a Client Services Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in generating new business and driving growth. Your day-to-day will include:

• Lead Generation - Making targeted outbound calls to prospective and historic landlords.
• Appointment Booking - Qualifying leads and arranging valuation appointments.
• Database Management - Maintaining accurate CRM records to maximise opportunities.
• Collaboration - Working closely with colleagues across multiple branches to share leads and insights.
• Performance Delivery - Consistently achieving KPIs for calls, appointments, and instructions.
