We are looking to employ a Client Services Executive to work alongside our growing business. Maylr Ltd. specialise in the distribution of products and packages to influencers and journalists, primarily within the beauty and cosmetics industry. We welcome applications from people with or without account management experience.
As part of this role you will be required to handle a number of administrative and account management responsibilities, as well as be hands-on and undertake a variety of warehouse duties to support the wider team when needed.
Client management responsibilities include:
- Customer liaison via email and whatsapp
- Quoting projects, raising orders, answering queries and actioning requests
- Supporting team members internally on projects and deliveries
- Administrative duties, including internal CRM and job management systems
- Data capture and re-formatting (excel)
When required, warehousing responsibilities include;
- Picking and packing of orders
- Assembly of packaging with presentation at front of mind
- Processing and booking of couriers and postal services
- General housekeeping; ensuring shelving and general areas are kept clean, tidy and well organised at all times
- Assistance with loading deliveries onto vans
This role is full time, working 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
