About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a leading role in coordination and liaison between our clients and our Healthcare team, driving timely service delivery and quality outcomes. This is a hands-on role requiring someone proactive who takes ownership of the client journey from first enquiry through to completed service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Enquiries: handling and responding to new enquiries, providing costed proposals and advice
Client Instructions: contract and service setup and co-ordination in response to successful proposals
Healthcare team liaison: timely co-ordination and monitoring of service delivery with the Healthcare team ensuring timely, client-focused outcomes
Service Delivery Oversight & Management: identification and management of service issues including efficiency, quality, performance and scheduling
KPI Monitoring & Reporting: analysis of key areas of activity supporting performance management and business development initiatives

Required experience and skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
Proficient in cloud-based systems including Google Workspace or MS Office, CRM platforms, and accounting software
Experience in a similar client-facing coordination or operations role
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare or professional services is an advantage, but not essential
Strong analytical ability
