What you'll be doing




As a Client Service Executive you will work within the Client Operations Team, to ensure that our client partners are receiving the best service possible. Handling reporting, managing data, and keeping on top of a busy mailbox are crucial to this role.


You'll need to keep on top of enquiries in this role, as well as processing records across all BPP systems. Student and client support is another main aspect of this job, as you will be supporting students when it comes to exam resits, providing client feedback and assistance with log-on queries.


Maintaining strong relationships with clients is vital, and if you are a personable and professional individual used to dealing working to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators then you'll be a strong candidate for us.

What we're looking for:



Experience of working with CRM tools, as well as Office suite Strong written and verbal communication skills, and professional manner Experience of or ability to work with defined KPIs and Service Level Agreements An eye for new business opportunities Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment Warm and engaging approach to dealing with people An adaptable mindset, able to think creatively to find solutions
