As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maximising client value. You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as primary contact for all enquiries, needs and concerns as well as collaborating with our Client Services team.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally
Utilise Pipedrive (Sales software) to manage client information, track interactions, and update records accurately
Analyse client data to identify opportunities for service improvement and tailored upsell solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and feedback
Assist in preparing reports on client activity and satisfaction levels for management review
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
Skills
Proficiency with Pipedrive or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Strong analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining independence when required
