We are an online pharmacy specialising in dispensing medical cannabis & delivering prescriptions directly to your door.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to lead our Client Services team and support the delivery of high?quality medical cannabis pain management services. You will oversee client relations and ensure our patients receive exceptional service. Based in Leicester, you will play a vital part in our mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery. This is a full-time job, with a remuneration of 16/hour. There might be occasional weekend working, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Client Services team to deliver excellent service Oversee daily operations and improve productivity Manage complex patient complaints and ensure positive outcomes Maintain accurate administrative processes and compliance standards Work closely with clinical and operational teams to enhance patient experience Use IT systems confidently and learn in?house software quickly

Essential Requirements

Qualified

Pharmacy Technician

with a recognised

ACT accreditation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy dispensary environment Proactive, organised, and patient-focused
