The Role
As a Client Services Manager (CSM), you'll play a key role in guiding clients through the onboarding and initiation process. You'll be their first point of contact, building trust, capturing the right information, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth handover to our production team.
This is a flexible, part-time role (around 20 hours per week) that's perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, is highly organised, and values work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clients through the onboarding process, from first contact to website launch
Conduct data capture calls to collect essential information for website builds
Maintain clear and supportive communication with clients throughout onboarding
Follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure all details are captured accurately
Keep internal systems updated with accurate onboarding data
Manage your own caseload of clients, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and on time
