We are seeking a dedicated Business Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships with customers across various channels. Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
Create quotes and provide first class customer service in accordance with company policies.
Record detailed notes of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with customers
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns or escalations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to deliver consistent support.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and service challenges.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
