Location: London - Hybrid working


Join as a Senior Client Services Officer, ensuring seamless processing of payments, managing client accounts, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves handling UK- and Spain-based client queries, maintaining accurate records, and providing support across the team.


Key Responsibilities:



Process and manage domestic and international payments (BACS, SWIFT, FPS, DD, cheques, standing orders). Maintain and reconcile client accounts, fixed-term deposits, and credit limits accurately. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution. Support onboarding and administration of new clients, ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams and escalate operational or IT issues as needed. Provide cover for colleagues during absences, contributing to smooth team operations.

Requirements:



Experience in UK banking, including clearing transactions, SWIFT, reconciliations, and domestic/international transfers. Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Positive, flexible attitude with willingness to embrace new initiatives. Confident, motivated, and able to work efficiently under pressure
