We are an established healthcare business with 40 permanent employees, providing private Occupational Therapy services through the UK's largest network of independent Occupational Therapists.
WHY WE ARE HIRING
We are entering an exciting period of change as we embrace new technology and smarter ways of working. By allowing technology to take care of much of the processing and administration, we can focus on what matters most: clinical excellence and outstanding customer service.
We believe that while AI and our technology systems can enhance efficiency and quality, people remain at the heart of healthcare and our business. That's why we're creating a role dedicated to leading our customer-facing operations -- ensuring our clients and therapists always experience a seamless, people-first service.
THE ROLE
We're looking for someone to take ownership of day-to-day customer management, lead a small customer service team, and work closely with our clinical leadership. This is not a clinical role, and no prior knowledge of Occupational Therapy is required -- although you'll quickly develop a strong understanding of the field.
Key to your success will be:
Confident customer management skills
Strong organisational ability
Experience in leading and motivating a team
An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to grow the business
WHY THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
This role goes far beyond operations. You'll have the autonomy and influence to shape and expand a significant market within our business. While the foundations are already in place -- a respected brand, the UK's largest OT network, rigorous clinical quality standards, and bespoke in-house technology -- the potential for growth is significant.
We're looking for someone who is energised by the idea of building something within a supportive structure. If you're a strong operator who thrives on entrepreneurial challenge, this could be a career-defining opportunity.
WHAT WE OFFER
Impact & Autonomy - the freedom to shape and grow a key area of our business, with the support of an established infrastructure.
Growth Potential - a genuine opportunity to expand your role as the business grows, with clear incentives linked to success.
Collaborative Culture - work alongside passionate clinical leaders, a dedicated customer service team, and an innovative in-house tech team.
Professional Development - exposure to a unique healthcare market, with opportunities to broaden your skills in leadership, operations, and business development.
