Role purpose
Our Client Service Specialists act as the key interface between our business and our clients, ensuring our clients get a positive service experience.
The Client Service Specialist will be the first point of contact in and out of the business.
The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all inbound queries from clients are acknowledged and they will set expectations for a response, monitor the response has been received or otherwise ensure that where a response is not achieved regular updates are issued.
You will be responsible for monitoring adviser/fee earner mailboxes, as well as managing our adviser/fee earner diaries.
You will respond to any queries from clients using our LifeStage Money App.
In addition, where required you will engage directly with our clients to help them download the LifeStage Money App, further helping those clients to ensure the App is functional, enabling data and information sharing between the Client and the Business.
Key responsibilities
Assist with upcoming business projects and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience in line with company values.
Adhere to all internal policies and FCA compliance requirements, ensuring customer data is always handled securely and confidentially.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening ability.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Target-driven, commercially aware, and resilient.
Numerically confident with an aptitude for financial concepts.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel where required.
Strong desire to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
Qualifications and work experience
Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Confident using technology and learning new systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Previous experience using IO is desirable but not essential.
Salary
23,500 to 32,500 per annum based on experience.
