Responsibilities:
Join our vibrant team as a Client Services Executive! Your role will be pivotal in supporting our luxury sales team to ensure seamless holiday experiences for our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Provide administrative support by processing and managing holiday bookings efficiently.

• Collate and deliver timely information for quotes, inquiries, and confirmed bookings, always with a professional touch.

• Prepare engaging presentations of information following our company guidelines and communicate directly with clients and agents via email and phone.

• Proactively liaise with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure confirmations and gather essential booking details.

• Book ancillary and concierge services while meticulously arranging special customer requests to surpass expectations.

• Maintain accurate records in our booking systems and CRM, keeping customer information up to date.

• Conduct thorough reconfirmation of holiday arrangements before departure, quickly troubleshooting any issues.

• Issue client documentation including invoices and final travel documents with precision.

• Handle post-booking support, including amendments and cancellations, ensuring every client feels valued.

Education, Skills & Experience:
What you'll bring to the table:

• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a travel-related role is a plus.

• Familiarity with travel systems is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• A passion for travel and insights into the tour operator industry will set you apart.

• Proven capability to manage competing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong motivation to deliver excellent service consistently.
