The role of the Client Solutions Manager is key to LOD UK's success in the European market over the next few years. A busy, client-facing role with a blend of sales and account management, this role drives revenue generation, protection and growth. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is looking for more ownership and flexibility to use their full business development skillset to genuinely make an impact in an ambitious (but fun) team.
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain and pursue a focused sales pipeline, developed from thoughtful analysis and research of both cold and warm leads
Generate sales opportunities and maximise the impact of new business meetings with General Counsel and their teams
Build robust relationships through client-centric communication and suitable engagement across all levels on the client account, aiming to become a trusted adviser
Work closely with clients to problem solve their needs and develop tailored solutions to their requirements
Design and execute creative approaches to strategic pitch opportunities and formal tenders
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across LOD teams to deliver conversions and good, commercially suitable deals
Take the lead, whilst working collaboratively, to address issues, client pushback and commercial decisions that enable revenue-generation without creating risk
